How to Apply

Before completing your application, please seek the counsel of your pastor. The insert pages of this prospectus comprise the application and reference forms. Please detach, complete and attach two official passport-sized photographs along with your statement of purpose and application fee.

References are required from your pastor or a church leader and a Christian friend, and should be mailed direct to the College by those persons.

When to Apply

Early application is advisable. Prospective students may apply as much one year in advance of the time they plan to enrol.

ICCollege has four intakes a year, at the beginning of each term. It is recommended that students enrol at the beginning of the academic year.

Recognition of Competence

The recognition of competence in a particular unit/s of competency currently held regardless of how, when or where learning occurred. Anyone who feels that they can demonstrate skills & knowledge which are the intended learning outcomes of a particular subject can apply for recognition. This includes the “Recognition of Current Competency” (RCC) or “Recognition of Prior Learning” (RPL), or the process of credit transfer.

If you want to apply for ROC, please see the Administrator. Fees apply to the ROC process.

Credit for outside subjects completed after the commencement of studies at ICCollege will not be transferred to an ICCollege transcript, except in extreme circumstances and with the written permission of the Registrar and Director of ICCollege.

Students from other colleges who wish to complete a Diploma Course at ICCollege must attend ICCollege for at least two months, inclusive of the year of graduation, during which they complete at least 32 credit hours of studies. All other requirements for the Diploma must also be met.
