A lecturer with 25 years experience, Jeannie began her teaching
career at the University of Malaya. She is sought after as guest speaker
at seminars, camps and conferences. She is a key-note speaker annually at MC
Christian Conferences in Sydney, has spoken at Trends 2000 (Melbourne), and
also at Take Australia Conference (Sydney) 2002.
Her expertise in multicultural work is recognized
across denominations and in the wider community. In 1998 she received the
Queensland Multicultural Service Award from the Premier, and in 2003 the
Centenary Medal. Apart from her being Principal of ICCollege, Jeannie pastors at
International City Church, is a cross-cultural trainer and freelance writer,
contributing to Christian and secular magazines. She serves on the Board of
Reference of Christian Women. With her husband, David, she established
International City Church in 1987, with services in English, Chinese &
Spanish. K) and has spoken at the Multicultural Church Conference in Sydney.
