ICCollege runs a one year Certificate IV in Multicultural Ministry, a
two-year Diploma in Multicultural Ministry, both of which are Nationally
Accredited courses.
The Certificate course would be suitable to equip the graduating
student to serve in a supporting role within a local church.
Upon completion of the Diploma course, the graduating student
should be able to plan, co-ordinate and deliver an effective ministry program
within the local church.
In the church sector there is high incidence of voluntary, casual
and part-time work in addition to full-time employment. Upon completion of the
course there may, or may not, be opportunities for full-time employment. It is
quite possible for ministers to maintain a full or part-time secular position
while carrying out ministry outside office hours. As such, the vocational aim
of this course is taken in its original context of calling.
